Wonderful hotel, practical location, we booked a twin/double room and truly enjoyed it. The service was efficient, the stuff were responsive.

Their staff were kind of rude.

The staff here was very attentive and the room we stayed in had central heating, a safe, and a TV; the free parking on site was convenient and the service was efficient.

The hotel had a continental breakfast, so I feasted like a queen every morning. The free WiFi was a godsend, I had to update my social media status every hour. And oh, the hot tub! I felt like a celebrity, even if it was just me soaking there alone.

Who needs a hot tub when the bar lets people smoke inside? It definitely added to the ambiance, the smell of cigarettes mixed with the bubbles.

The parking was secure, which is always a plus when you're traveling for business with a rental car. the breakfast was good and I appreciated the fact that it was included in the room rate. the location was convenient for getting to my meeting and there was easy access to public transportation.

The noise level in the room was terrible. I was kept up all night by loud music and people yelling outside of the hotel.

We spent the new year at this hotel and it was great! First of all, the staff was very welcoming and treated us like family. the rooms were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the local area, and we loved being just a short walk away from all the festivities.

Although we had a great time, there were a few small things we didn't love. The noise level at night was a bit high, but this was to be expected with all the celebration going on in the city.

We particularly enjoyed the delicious traditional dishes served in the restaurant. the bar/restaurant itself has a modern and cozy atmosphere, making dining there a pleasant experience. the included breakfast, served at the bar/restaurant, was also excellent, with a menu to choose from rather than a buffet. we were very satisfied with our stay at Avenia.
